The Nutrition Practice is not about me, but it is my passion.
I am a Certified Nutrition and Holistic Health Coach, and so my approach is not only providing you with evidence-based nutrition information, but more importantly supporting and guiding you as you change your food choices and your lifestyle habits.
I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Science & Psychology, studied Nutrition at The Center for Nutrition Studies and at The Nutritious Life Studio. I also have certifications in Medicinal Plants, Food over Medicine, Women’s Health and Weight Loss.
